Shipping and Delivery

Shipping & Returns Policy.

 

By processing your payment with us, you are accepting our terms and conditions regarding the shipping and returns of your purchase. 


If you have any questions at all please contact us at sales@lilibiachi.com before placing your order.

 

Where are we based?

LILI BIACHI is London based but most of our items are manufactured and come from non-sweatshop and approved factories in China. So, if you order multiple items your items will usually arrive separately as we ship from several warehouses and fulfilment centres.

 

How long is delivery time?

Delivery times vary depending on the order and where you are in the World (we ship WORLDWIDE!) The majority of orders usually take 2-3 weeks (USA - EUROPE and ASIA is generally the fastest)

 

WE want you wearing your items and telling your friends how good we are ASAP and so will inform you via email of all the shipment and tracking details as soon as the orders are processed and shipped! Please make sure you check your spam filters if you don't receive any confirmation from us in your inbox.

 

Please contact us if your order has not reached you within five weeks and we will make sure we look into it immediately!

 

We cannot stress how important our customer happiness is to us!!! Sad customers make us super sad :(

 

Potential Issues/Delays

Some orders may become subject to customs inspections and all those weird and strange things people do in customs depots (we wonder!) Certain countries and jurisdictions that are wayyy stricter than others and where may have to wait up to eight weeks for you order are as follows…..Brazil-Mexico (and other Latin American countries) Canada-Spain-Israel-Germany-France-Switzerland-Poland-Russia…phew

 

If this happens we will try our best to work something out. Please contact us with any questions or concerns on this.

 

Cancellations

Should you change your mind or realise you have just spent the last of your rent on shoes/bags and clothes (It happens), you CAN CANCEL your order within two hours of receiving your confirmation email !! Just send us an email to sales@lilibiachi.com with the subject heading CANCELLATION and your order number/details and we will refund you ASAP. 

Unfortunately we cannot allow more time than that as we process the orders with the warehouse very quickly and so the order would already be in the process of coming to you.

Tracking your Items

Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the item has been shipped. (This may be 4-5 days after we have processed your order so please be patient) we will send you the tracking deets as soon as we can!!   

Not all of our orders come with a tracking number but most do (like 99%). If you’re the special 1% we will inform you that there is no tracking with your particular order when we confirm with you.

 

If the courier company/tracking marks the items as delivered then they usually always are. Please make sure that the parcel has someone to arrive to/somewhere safe for it to hide whilst you are at work or wherever as we cannot be held responsible for any misplaced items after they have been marked delivered.

 

Refused deliveries

If you refuse an item from LILI BIACHI or there is a failed delivery which you do not collect/re-arrange for, then we have to hand the responsibility over to you for any original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and any costs of returning the package to LILI BIACHI. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund which will be paid out to you once we have the items back.

 

Lost Items :(

If you haven't received your items within eight weeks from the date of shipment please contact us and we can look into it for you.

 

LILI BIACHI can't be held responsible for any lost items due to mistakes/incorrect address inputs when you place your order. We really advise against using a PO Box as your main address as we can't be held responsible for any lost or stolen deliveries to them.
